• Advocates may register under Free or Paid plans

• Paid registration includes a Verified Tick, subject to verification

• Advocates must provide accurate and genuine information

• Fake, misleading, or incomplete profiles may be suspended or removed

Client Usage

• Clients can search advocates district-wise and consult them

• AdvocateAdda only acts as a technology platform

• We do not guarantee legal outcomes or advice quality

Payments

• Paid registrations are processed via Razorpay

• AdvocateAdda does not store payment credentials

• Successful payment initiates the verification process

Refund & Cancellation

• Paid advocate registration fees are non-refundable

• In case of failed or duplicate transactions, refunds will be processed as per Razorpay guidelines

Limitation of Liability

• AdvocateAdda is not responsible for disputes between advocates and clients

• Legal services are solely the responsibility of the registered advocate

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account found violating these terms or misusing the platform.

Changes to Terms

These terms may be modified at any time. Continued use of the website implies acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
